Customer service NOT nonexistent

For some reason Support could not get an email to go through to me, a mystery to all of us, so they found another way to reach me. They have been diligent to keep in touch and help me with an issue that really was a mistake on my part, but they keep trying to make it work. Im impressed with how hard they are trying. These days customer service is nearly extinct, so it makes a huge difference when someone actually tries to help you.
