Helps me sleep and relax

Naturespace is a great app for relaxation and sleep. The sounds are crisp and clear, with no obvious loops like you hear in other apps of this nature. I love that they are constantly adding new sounds too.

I use it approximately 3x a week along with another app called "Pzizz". Ive been using both for years and they have helped immensely with my intermittent insomnia.
